  E um lamento de R.T. Walkings

" Sir, - I recently bought a VW Passat Station Wagon and i can honestly say it is the worst new car i have had, out of a total of eight. After one week, the dealer took it back and corrected a number of faults, and some are still to be fixed.
  I traded in a Honda Civic three-door only because i have a small child and needed a litle extra room, wich gave 45.000 touble free kilometres and had less faults than the Passat".

Road & Track, Dezembro de 1967

-> PUB Toyota Corona Hardtop RT40
-> "New from Japan":

"The Civic - The Mini with guts."

"Since anti-pollution, it has come as bit of a shock to drive something that really goes."

""The current Honda Civic seemed to go so hard that i thought it had been fiddled. But, in fact, it was standard, and that just goes to show you can have clean air and performance."

"The Civic is a conveniente litle car, with enough performance to make it a lot of fun for anyone who enjoys driving."

Modern Motor, Junho de 1978

Pagina 28

"While a Honda Accord with four doors and a boot might not sound like any great deal, it is."

"The 1978 Accords come shod with steel radials and the roadholding is excellent, even in heavy rain."

"The essence of the Accord is that it is easy to drive, easy to place, forgiving when you over-do-it, and comes with enough power to put plenty of kilometres under the car in a short time."
