MRS, muito obrigado pelos comentários e contributo.

De facto, na fase 5 do programa de "conteúdo local", os fabricantes chegaram aos 66%, por isso era muito comun as parcerias de forma a reduzir os custos de produção.

Tambem é de notar que, alguns dos supostos "tunings" apresentados, eram de facto alterações locais aos modelos, com a aprovação da fábrica. Estas alterações, eram muitas das vezes propostas pelos agentes, que de seguida os comercializavam como "modelos próprios".
