A Toyota Motorsport estava com demasiado tempo em mãos e decidiu pegar num LS460 de serviço e "passar o tempo"!


Começaram com 800cvs e concluíram que foram um bocadinho longe demais! Então "detunaram" para 640cv e chamaram-lhe TS-650 e apresentaram-no em Essen em finais de 2012. Criaram um V8 Twin-Turbo rápido e surpreendentemente ágil!

There can be no argument here: the TS-650, when you put your toe all the way down, is blisteringly, almost surreally, rapid in a straight line. But what is surprising is how benign and relaxed the external visual & aural violence seems from behind the wheel.
But however many liberties I take, there seems to be all the time in the world to sort things out, the big car drifting so progressively under power in the slower turns, you’d swear you were in a Toyota GT86.
No other performance limo goes, sounds, handles and stops like the TS-650. If it could be produced, even at £150,000, I’m sure it would sell. But don’t hold your breath."
